The Medilink-Global System supports electronic healthcard network to provide services to Insurance companies, Corporate Organizations and Third Party Administrators to facilitate the administration of medical claims and healthcare data management.
How Does It Work?
The Medilink-Global System comprises the Front-End Network of Electronic Data Capture Terminals (EDCT) and the Back-End Data Centre infrastructure powered by our bespoke Claims Management System, ie., Electronic Claims Clearing System (ECCS).
Secured and Trusted Technology
Every EDC terminal deployed and installed with the Healthcare Providers is loaded with Medilink-Global's proprietary software to authenticate Medilink- compliant healthcards. Similar to a credit card verification procedure, the front-desk Users at the Healthcare Providers swipe a Medilink-Global-compliant healthcard on the designated EDC terminal to verify eligibility when a cardholder seeks treatment.
Medilink-Global's ECCS is a comprehensive suite of highly customized application systems for healthcare claims processing and healthcare data management. The software was designed to manage various databases pertaining to the Healthcare Payers and its Members, their health plans, benefits, coverage, exclusions and pre-existing conditions.
