Medilink-Global UK Limited ("Medilink-Global"), a publicly listed company in the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange, on 18th November 2008. Today, Medilink-Global has operational presence and healthcare providers' network in China and all major South East Asian countries.

Medilink-Global is principally involved in providing regional third party claims administration ("TPA") services, medical second opinion services, emergency medical assistance facilitation services, healthcare management services and operating a state-of-the-art electronic healthcard network infrastructure to facilitate healthcare claims processing.

Medilink-Global's business currently focuses on two (2) regional markets, namely South East Asia and Greater China, with localized operation in five (5) countries, ie., Malaysia, Singapore, P.R. China, Hong Kong and through our associate company in Thailand.

Currently, Medilink-Global has an established network of more than 2,000 healthcare providers, comprising primary care physicians, secondary care medical centres and tertiary care hospitals. Through these networks of healthcare providers, Medilink-Global provides its range of services to more than 20 global insurance companies, covering more than 2,000,000 insured health plans beneficiaries.

In supporting its regional operations, Medilink-Global maintains two (2) Call Centres, each in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and Beijing, P.R. China, operating on a "24 x 7" mode, to support our network of healthcare providers and enrolled members.

The in-house developed, powerful, robust, reliable, scalable and bespoke Claims Management System of Medilink-Global enables it to provide medical claims processing services in the most efficient manner.

To-date (2010), the Medilink-Global's electronic healthcard network infrastructure has facilitated the eligibility verification and processing of more than 10,000,000 medical claims since its inception in year 2001.
